Areas of clinical work

Each area is accompanied from diagnosis through surgery and recovery.

Large and small joint arthroplasty

Primary arthroplasty of the hip and knee joints, and in complex cases revision arthroplasty. The PhD dissertation focused specifically on proximal fixation components.

Arthroscopy & foot surgery

Minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures on the knee and other joints; foot surgery — correction of hallux valgus, flat feet, heel spurs, and other deformities.

Pelvic bone osteosynthesis

Osteosynthesis and structural reconstruction in complex pelvic fractures.

Modern trauma surgery

Treatment of fractures, their complications, and musculoskeletal trauma using current surgical methods and implants.

Intra-articular injections & blockades

Non-surgical treatment of osteoarthritis and arthritis with intra-articular injections, and paravertebral blockades for pain syndromes.

Note. A full list of services and criteria will be added later.
Frequently asked questions

About hip and knee arthroplasty

When is joint replacement surgery actually needed?

Surgery is usually considered when conservative treatment — physiotherapy, medication, intra-articular injections — no longer relieves pain or restores mobility. The decision is always individual, based on examination results.

How long does recovery take after surgery?

Initial mobilization usually begins 1–2 days after surgery. Full recovery, depending on individual factors, can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.

How long does an implant last?

With proper use, modern implants can last for decades. The exact lifespan depends on the implant type and the patient's physical activity level.

What should I bring to the first consultation?

Existing ultrasound, X-ray, or MRI results, if available, are helpful. You can send them ahead of time via WhatsApp.
